Dizziness
Lightheadedness
Fainting
Heart rhythm disturbances
Safer approach
Use warm water instead of very hot water. A comfortable range is about 98–100°F (37–38°C). Avoid switching suddenly from hot to very cold water.

Sudden blood pressure drop
Dizziness
Fainting
