How to Store Leftover Corn

Store uncooked corn in the husk for up to 2 days. Cooked corn can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freezer:
To freeze corn:
Blanch in boiling water for 4 minutes
Plunge into ice bath
Cut kernels off the cob
Freeze in airtight bags for up to 6 months
Reheating:
Microwave: Wrap in a damp paper towel, microwave 30-60 seconds
Stovetop: Drop into boiling water for 1-2 minutes
Grill: Wrap in foil with butter, grill 5-10 minutes
