Spaghetti with Bell Peppers and Onions

Olive oil or butter
Salt & black pepper
Chili flakes (optional)
Italian seasoning or oregano
Parmesan cheese (optional)
👩‍🍳 How to make it
1. Cook spaghetti
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente
Reserve a little pasta water, then drain
2. Sauté vegetables
Heat olive oil in a pan
Cook onions until soft and slightly golden
Add bell peppers and garlic
Sauté until tender but still slightly crisp
3. Combine
Add cooked spaghetti to the pan
Toss with vegetables
Add a splash of pasta water for light sauce
4. Season
Add salt, pepper, chili flakes, and herbs
Mix well and cook 1–2 minutes together
5. Finish
Top with Parmesan cheese if desired
Serve warm
