Ingredients:
1 cup (240 ml) coconut water or filtered water
1 small banana (fresh or frozen, for creaminess)
1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen – helps digestion)
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric (or 1-inch fresh turmeric root, peeled)
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or ground ginger)
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional, for fiber)
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
A pinch of black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)
A few ice cubes (optional, for a cooler smoothie)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
