Clove & Chia Collagen Drink: For Young Glowing Skin

Ingredients Required(Makes two 250 ml servings)6–8 whole cloves (laung)1 tablespoon chia seedsJuice of 1 fresh lemon½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon raw honey4–5 fresh mint leavesA pinch of freshly cracked black pepper500 ml filtered waterProcedureSoak & swell – Add chia seeds to 100 ml lukewarm water and let them sit for about 10 minutes, allowing the seeds to bloom into a thick gel.Spice infusion – In a small pan, bring the remaining 400 ml water to a gentle boil. Add whole cloves, grated ginger, and turmeric powder. Simmer for 5 minutes so the antioxidants and curcumin infuse the water.Cool & combine – Remove the pan from heat. Add mint leaves and let the mixture cool until it’s pleasantly warm (about 40 °C).
