Step 1: Hard-Boil the Eggs
Place eggs in a single layer in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let cool completely.
Step 2: Peel and Separate
Peel the eggs. Cut them in half and place the yolks in a large bowl. Set the whites aside for another use (or chop them finely and add to the dip for texture).Garlic

Step 4: Add the Creamy Ingredients
Add to the bowl:
Mayonnaise
Sour cream
Yellow mustardFruits & Vegetables
Dijon mustard
Vinegar
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne
Mix until smooth and creamy. For an ultra-smooth texture, use a food processor.
Step 5: Fold in Egg Whites (Optional)
If using, finely chop the egg whites and fold them in for texture.
Step 6: Chill
